What about HIPAA compliance?
JotForm offers HIPAA compliance on its Gold plan (from $99/month billed annually) and Enterprise, includes it at no extra fee once enabled, and will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on those plans. It is not available on the Free, Bronze, or Silver tiers.
