Head to the sign-up page and create an account with your email. No credit card is required, and you land on the free plan immediately — you can build and publish real forms straight away.

How Formiqa works

Every project in Formiqa follows the same four steps:

1. 1Build — add fields by dragging them from the palette, then configure each one (label, whether it is required, validation, and conditional rules).
2. 2Publish — turn the form on so its public link goes live.
3. 3Share — send the link, or embed the form on your own website with an iframe.
4. 4Collect — every response lands in your submissions dashboard, where you can read, search, filter, and export it.

What you can build

Formiqa ships with a wide range of field types — text, email, number, phone, date, dropdowns, checkboxes, file uploads, e-signatures, and layout elements like headings and page breaks. You can add conditional logic to show or hide fields based on earlier answers, and split long forms into multiple steps.
