Formiqa Pro is billed through Stripe at $26.90/month. Upgrading, updating your card, downloading invoices, and canceling all happen through Stripe's secure flows, launched from inside Formiqa. This page walks through each one.
Upgrade to Pro
To move from the free plan to Pro:
- 1Go to the pricing or settings page in Formiqa.
- 2Choose Pro.
- 3Complete Stripe Checkout by entering your payment details.
As soon as the payment succeeds, your account switches to Pro and the higher quotas and Pro-only features unlock. See plans and limits for exactly what Pro includes.
Manage your subscription
To change anything about an active subscription, open the Stripe customer portal from your settings. From there you can update your card, view invoices, and cancel the subscription. Formiqa hands off to Stripe for all of this, so your billing details stay in one secure place.
Canceling
You can cancel Pro anytime from the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel — or if a payment fails — your account reverts to the free plan's limits and features. Your forms and existing responses are not deleted; they simply become subject to the free quotas again. The full behavior is described in plans and limits.
Invoices and receipts
Every Pro payment generates an invoice you can access through the Stripe customer portal. Open the portal from your settings to view and download your invoices and receipts whenever you need them for accounting.
