Generate PDF reports

A submission is data, but sometimes you need a document — something to file, print, or send to a client. Formiqa can turn any single submission into a branded PDF report that includes the form title, the submission's field values in order, and any uploaded images embedded inline.

There are two ways to produce a report: download it yourself, or have Formiqa email it as an attachment.

Download a report

Downloading is available on all plans, free included. The PDF is generated right in your browser:

1. 1Open the submission you want from your submissions dashboard.
2. 2Click Download PDF. The report is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device.

Email a report

You can also have Formiqa render the PDF on the server and send it straight to someone's inbox as an attachment:

1. 1Open the submission from your submissions dashboard.
2. 2Choose Send report by email.
3. 3Enter the recipient's email address.
4. 4Send. Formiqa renders the PDF on the server and delivers it as an attachment.

Monthly email limits

Emailed reports are quota-limited by plan, while downloading is unlimited on every plan:

• Free — 2 report emails per month.
• Pro — 500 report emails per month.

Branding your reports

Report branding is a Pro feature. On Pro, you can set your company name, logo, address, and phone number in your brand settings, and every report carries them. Free reports use the default Formiqa branding. You manage these details alongside your other appearance and brand settings.
