- Free includes 5 forms, 10 submissions per form per month, 1 GB storage, and 2 report emails per month.
- Pro ($26.90/month) raises those to 50 forms, 2,500 submissions per form per month, 10 GB storage, and 500 report emails per month.
- Pro-only features: CSV export, appearance customization, removing the Powered by Formiqa badge, and branded PDF reports.
- The submission limit is per form, per month, and resets each month.
- A failed or canceled Pro payment reverts your account to free limits and features until it is active again.
Formiqa has two plans: a genuinely usable free plan and Pro. This page breaks down exactly what each includes, which features are Pro-only, and how the quotas are counted so there are no surprises.
Free plan
The free plan is free forever — no trial expiry, no credit card. It includes:
- 5 forms
- 10 submissions per form, per month
- 1 GB of file storage
- 2 report emails per month
Pro plan
Pro costs $26.90/month and raises every quota:
- 50 forms
- 2,500 submissions per form, per month
- 10 GB of file storage
- 500 report emails per month
Pro-only features
Beyond the higher quotas, Pro unlocks features the free plan does not have:
- CSV export of your submissions.
- Appearance customization — colors, logo, and border style.
- Removing the Powered by Formiqa badge from your forms.
- Branded PDF reports.
How quotas work
The submission limit is per form, per month: each form can receive up to its plan's number of submissions in a calendar month, and the counter resets every month. A busy form and a quiet one each get their own allowance.
File storage is counted across all your forms together — every uploaded file adds to the same 1 GB (free) or 10 GB (Pro) pool. Report emails are also counted per month across your account.
